It is an indispensable medical equipment in the hospital. The prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of the instrument is the correct operation of the coagulometer. So, what are the precautions for the operation of the semi-automatic blood coagulometer?

1. The instrument should not be switched on and off frequently. After shutting down, wait for 30 seconds before restarting.

2. If the instrument will not be used for a long period of time, the instrument should be packed in the original packing box and stored in a room with a temperature of -20-55°C, a relative humidity of <93%, no corrosive gas, and good ventilation.

3. Warm up for more than 30 minutes after starting up, so that the detection table and preheating table can meet the temperature requirements of the instrument.

4. When using the first CI, changing the detection environment or reagents, perform calibration according to the reagent instructions before testing.

5. Observe the AD value status of the machine before testing. If the saturated status is not adjusted, please contact the after-sales engineer.

6. Do not open the detection compartment door during the detection process.

7. The doors of the detection station and preheating station should be closed after shutdown.

8. Wipe the surface of the instrument and the guide rail of the tray with a towel every day after wetting it in diluted disinfectant water and wringing out.

9. Strictly prevent spilling lotion or other liquids into the inside of the instrument.

If you just use it non-stop daily without paying attention to the maintenance of the instrument, this will bring a very heavy burden to the instrument, and it will shorten the service life of the coagulation analyzer and increase the cost of the hospital. Therefore, whether it is a blood coagulometer or other medical equipment, it should be operated and properly maintained according to regular procedures, so that the equipment can work better for the hospital.
