(1) Cleaning and wiping of electrode plate

Electrode plate is an important part of defibrillator: usually it should be placed in the slot of electrode plate (instrument standing), after each use, it should be cleaned and wiped in time. Cleaning and wiping are accomplished by three steps: first, check whether the instrument is closed or not, and then turn down the metal electrode plate counterclockwise, wipe the electrode plate with a wet cloth; finally, after drying, tighten the electrode plate again and place it reliably in the chute. When cleaning and wiping the electrode plate, care should be taken not to damage the electrode plate. It is not possible to scrape the dirt with sharp metal tools, especially to scratch the metal surface of the electrode plate, nor to use acid or alkali solution which has corrosive effect on the electrode plate.Meilun

(2) Battery Charging and Replacement

Batteries require routine or regular maintenance. Maintenance and maintenance are helpful to prolong the service life of batteries. The power cord plug is inserted into the AC power socket to charge the battery of the defibrillator. Batteries that run out of electricity can be filled in about 3.5 hours. When charging, attention should be paid to the environmental temperature requirements of defibrillator (generally 0 ~ 40 C). In particular, too low temperature will affect battery charging. The charging status of the battery can be judged by observing the green LED battery charging indicator. The green LED battery charging indicator flashes, indicating that the battery is in the charging state; the battery is full when it is continuously lit, and the defibrillator is ready to use at any time; if the light is not on, the external conditions (ambient temperature and charging voltage) exceed the critical value specified by the technical parameters of the defibrillator. Charging is unacceptable.

(3) Capacitance maintenance

The circuit structure of defibrillator includes charge circuit, discharge circuit and control circuit. Capacitance is an important part of the circuit. After pressing the defibrillation charging key of the instrument, a large amount of electric energy can be stored in capacitance in a few seconds. When discharging, a powerful electric pulse is released to the human heart. When the frequency of use is low, the capacitance needs regular maintenance, that is, the capacitance of the defibrillator is maintained once every three months.
